Heroes of Mangara Wiki / Walkthrough:
Heroes of mangara is a recommended tower defense game. This game combines tower defense with RPG element where you can level up your heroes and upgrade the skills. There are total 4 great heroes available in this game. You start with an archer and other heroes are released after you complete certain level.
- Bea the Archer: Shoot arrows to attack and kill enemies.
- Helac the Mage: Uses magic to attack enemies. Choose to be expert in ice or fire magic.
- Seolm the Druid: Uses nature to attack and to heal allies.
- Draky jr. the Necromancer: Curse enemies and uses shadow element attack to damage enemies.
You must master the resistances in order to win this game. There are total 5 types of resistance. Fire resist, frost resist, nature resist, shadow resist, and physical resist. Use your element accordingly as each type of enemy has different resistance towards different element.
There are total of 4 towers in Heroes of Mangara which are wooden tower which costs 60 to build with range 35, stone tower which costs 80 to build with range 40, sand stone tower which costs 90 with range 45, and granite tower which cost 100 with range 50. Every hero or units require a tower before they can be hired. Higher range tower will increase the range of the hero or unit inside.
For units that you can hire, there are total of 4 units available, which are the archer apprentice, mage apprentice, druid apprentice and necromancer apprentice. Every unit will have higher health and damage according to your hero master accordingly.
- Archer apprentice: Cost 50 to hire. Can choose to use heavy crossbow or long bow. Heavy crossbow deals more damage while long bow increase the shot range of the archer.
- Mage Apprentice: Cost 75 to hire. Can choose between blaze and ice bolt. Blaze deals fire damage while ice bolt deals ice damage and slows enemies.
- Druid Apprentice: Cost 50 to hire. Can choose to heal or use strobile which deal nature damage to enmemies.
- Necromancer Apprentice: Cost 65 to hire with rust and bane skills available. Rust is used to reduce the physical resistance of the enemy units while bane decreases enemy magic resistance.
You can also cast special magic from your spell book using the mana. There are total 4 types of magics in the spell book which are fire, water, earth and air. 4 magics are available in each type of spell element, and these magics are unlocked one by one after you've completed certain rounds.
There are total of 15 levels for you to play. Each level is filled with unique terrain and monster awaiting you to adventure and discover. If you manage to pass all the 15 levels, Hardcore mode will be unlocked starting from level 1, where all the monster will become stronger and have higher resistances.
The core of this game is all the various skills available for each hero. You can gain extra skill point once your hero is level up, and your hero can be level up by attacking enemy units. Spend your skills on the skill tree of every hero wisely as this is the key to win this game.
Some enemies will attack your heroes. You can hire units, use druid healing skills, or use magic to heal or resurrect your injured or dead heroes and units.
There are also some extra power ups for you to buy using the mochi coins. You can also reset your hero skill, buy additional skill points for heroes using mochi coins.
Tips and Review:
You will encounter the heroes of mangara final boss in the last level which is level 15 of hardcore mode. The final boss of heroes of mangara is a black dragon which is incredibly strong. This final boss has a very powerful attack and very high in armor, resistances and health. To win the final boss, you must use druid as tanker or you can use various spells especially the one with stunning effect to kill and defeat this final boss.
